Leadership

Alejandro Lara Gügel

Alejandro brings broad expertise in finance, general management, business development, innovation, and digital marketing. His career has focused on M&A and new venture creation across multiple industries and international markets. He holds a Master’s in Economics and Management Sciences from Humboldt University in Berlin, a degree in Economics from ITAM, a degree in Financial Engineering from ITESM, and a postgraduate certificate in M&A from Columbia Business School. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.

Sebastián García López

Sebastián has solid experience in the creation and management of private equity funds, with a focus on venture capital, M&A, and wealth management. He holds a degree in International Business from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master’s in Business and Technology (MBT). After selling his first company at age 26, he has focused on investing in businesses and supporting others in capital raising and strategic growth. He is also a partner at OpenMinder, a community of over 500 senior business leaders in Mexico.
